The Group Managing Director, Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited, Dr. Ayoola Oduntan, has commended the Federal Government on its decision to patronise locally made products.
Oduntan gave this commendation when the Minister of State for Agriculture and Rural Development, Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, visited the farm on a two-day working tour.
Ayoola, according to a statement from the firm, also highlighted the prospects and challenges facing the poultry sector.
Lokpobiri was said to have commended the efforts of the firm for providing direct jobs for over 2,000 Nigerians and providing a good source of income for thousands log entrepreneurs through its natnuprenuer and boiler scheme.
