*WORLD FARMERS CENTRE* recently held another edition of the *Capacity Building Farm Managers Training*
The training participants were taught seven mindset of a twenty first century Farm Managers that will help them turn around the fortune of the farms they manage and their lives.
They were also taken through an exhaustive list of practical functions of Farm Managers that most of them don't even know is part of their function.
One of the participants has this to say about the training, ‘This was great and I look forward to coming back to receive more. The facilitator passed across the message with great practical examples. I will also like to be part of the yearly Farm Managers Conference’
